SCC Crookes Hyperlinking Ruling Set for Tomorrow

Is merely having a hyperlink to material deemed libelous enough to be found guilty of disseminating libel? The Supreme Court of Canada will release its ruling on this case tomorrow!

I suspect p2pnet will have the first analysis up.
